Job Description :
CVICU needed to join a dynamic team and facility in Dallas, TX! Day and Night Shifts are available! Signing bonus up to $12,500 and relocation up to $3000. Please forward an updated resume to isteadman@virtusplacement.com for immediate consideration.
Required Qualifications :
Education
· Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing. If hired after 6/1/12, BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position.
- Current license by the Board of Nurse Examiners State of Texas.
- Minimum of one-year experience in Critical Care in an acute care
- Hospital within the last three years required.
- Experience with high acuity ICU medical / surgical patients is preferred
- Willing to consider candidates with no CVICU exp. in lieu of having 3-4 years of ICU experience in a hospital setting
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
- Current American Heart Association BLS provider.
- ACLS required upon hire. RN Interns must complete ACLS within six
- months of hire
- CCRN preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree Required - or must have BSN within 24 months of hire
